One document, from capture to acknowledgement
Sending a document does not mean the tax authority has accepted it.
Follow each document
1. Capture the document
Start with a finished invoice in your accounting or till system. The connection reads the details you have already entered.
2. Check, sign and send
Tiiso checks the details and prepares the signed document for submission, keeping each device’s documents in order.
3. Receive the result
The response tells you whether the document was accepted or refused. The planned portal brings the result, slip and QR report together.
When the connection drops
A place for documents to wait.
The planned Evolution connection keeps captured documents on your computer while offline. When the connection returns, signing and submission resume in order.
RSL’s guide covers offline batches, but our capture queue does not issue offline fiscal invoices. Confirm the authorised mode and timing with RSL before trading during an outage.
No answer is not a refusal. If a submission’s result is unknown, pause the device and check its status before sending again.
