- Have the account email address and business reference ready.
- Never send your password, authenticator setup key, current code or recovery code to support.
1Check sign-in and request account recovery
Confirm you are on the client portal sign-in page. If only a code has expired and you still have the authenticator, use a fresh code after checking automatic phone time. Email [email protected] from your account email address where possible. State whether you lost the password, authenticator or both. Support must verify access before any change; this guide cannot reset an account.

What you should see
A support-assisted verification process, not an immediate password change. Owner and staff recovery require audited review.
If something goes wrong
- If your email account is also unavailable, explain that without sending identity documents in the first email. Ask for the approved secure verification route.
- If you suspect account misuse, say so in the recovery request and stop sharing access.
Need account-specific help? Contact [email protected]. Include the document reference and error text, not passwords, keys or codes.
