Before you start

  • Use QuickBooks Online, not the desktop edition.
  • Identify the company you want to link and the person allowed to approve access.

  1. 1Open Connections

    Find Cloud accounting on the Connections page.

  2. 2Review the QuickBooks preview

    Select Connect QuickBooks. Read the preview notice before closing it.

What you should see

A preview notice. No invoices are imported by this action.

If something goes wrong

  • The sample Needs consent status is not a live check of your company.
  • If consent later expires, use the approved reconnection flow or ask support. Do not make a second connection to work around an unknown fiscal outcome.
