What happens when the internet drops
Capture and fiscal issue are separate. A lost reply can mean the authority received the document.

- Keep the agent machine and its local queue intact.
- RSL’s technical guide covers offline batch upload, but the regulations give no general outage grace period. Confirm the authorised mode and timing with RSL. Capture alone is not fiscal issue. 1Check the connection state
Open Connections when the portal is reachable. Read the agent or vendor connection status; this page is a sample view, not a live outage monitor.
1. Connection status column. Sample data. 2Check the affected document outcome
Open the document details. If Submission unknown appears, leave the device paused and ask support to reconcile the exact environment, device, day, number and request.
2. Submission unknown and device barrier. Sample data.
What you should see
The planned Windows agent keeps captured records in an encrypted local queue and uploads them after reconnection. Capture acknowledgement is not fiscal acceptance. Only a proved non-transmission permits retry of the same signed request; unknown outcomes need authority evidence first.
If something goes wrong
- Do not reinstall, erase the queue or create replacement invoices to clear a backlog.
- Disk full stops capture progress rather than discarding older entries. Ask support before changing local storage.
- A lost day-close response is Close unknown. Do not start another close or assume the day is closed.
