- Use the correct device and environment. Tiiso uses Africa/Maseru for Lesotho fiscal-day times. RSL’s technical guide lists openDay and closeDay once per shift, with status checks. Source: https://www.rsl.org.ls/lekuka/documents (IT guide, pages 5–7; checked 28 October 2026).
- All allocated receipts must be accepted before close. A refusal or unknown outcome must be resolved first.
1Review the current fiscal day
Open Day-close and read Current fiscal day. The sample device has an unknown submission that blocks closing.
1. Current fiscal day and blocked close button. Sample data. 2Open the blocker
Select Review blocker to read the document that must be reconciled before closing.
2. Review blocker link. Sample data. 3Check the recorded close status
Read Day-close history for previously confirmed days. A live close must remain pending until authority status confirms the exact day is closed.
3. Day-close history. Sample data.
What you should see
A confirmed Closed state only after the authority’s status check. Captures arriving during closing wait without allocation for the next confirmed open day; they are not backdated.
If something goes wrong
- For Close unknown, contact support for authoritative reconciliation. Do not repeat the close request.
- A closed day stays closed. Do not reset counters or reopen it manually.
