Prepare to connect Xero
Check the Xero connection requirements and find the setup preview.

- Have an approved Tiiso account.
- Ask the person who can approve access to the correct Xero organisation to handle vendor consent when it becomes available.
1Open Connections
Find the Cloud accounting section on Connections in the client portal.

Select Connect Xero to read the preview. Close it when finished. Do not expect a Xero sign-in window yet.

What you should see
A preview notice, not a newly connected account. Later setup will require vendor consent and confirmation of the correct organisation.
If something goes wrong
- A sample Connected status is illustrative; it does not mean your Xero organisation is connected.
- For a connection already arranged during testing, contact support with the organisation name and any error message. Never email tokens.
