- For Lesotho, confirm the current supplier-led registration process with Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL). The technical guide says the supplier submits details and RSL issues the Device ID and activation code. - RSL issues the Device ID and one-time activation code. Registration and certificate setup are separate from manufacturer, supplier and EBS accreditation. Apex Global Group LLC and Tiiso are not named in the reviewed supplier list.
- Keep activation codes and certificate private keys out of email, screenshots and support messages.

Read the certificate expiry and device state. Once upload and activation are released, use the secure portal flow to provide the RSL-issued Device ID and activation code and upload the required certificate material. No such form is available in this preview.

What you should see
In the preview, sample certificate dates and device states. In a future authorised setup, registration, certificate checks and activation permission must all be confirmed separately before submissions are enabled.
If something goes wrong
- Ask RSL about missing authority registration approval or activation details; ask Tiiso support about the portal record.
- A renewed certificate does not clear an unknown document outcome. TEST and LIVE records must not be mixed.
